We're a leading low cost producer of feed pre-mixes, complete feed, hatching eggs, day-old chicks, broilers and distributor and producers of a variety of fresh, frozen and value added chicken products in Southern Africa with an expanding footprint in selected Southern African countries.

Full Service Broiler Producer
As a fully integrated broiler production, processing, distribution and sales and marketing operation, Astral processes 4.2 million broilers per week.

From the strategic placement of our operations in Standerton, Olifantsfontein, Camperdown, Epping and Hocroft we pride ourselves on good management and commitment to customer service as well as national coverage and export (mainly SADEC).

The high degree of planning and implementation in rearing, laying, hatching and processing of 4.2 million broilers per week requires streamlined processes, focus and determination of every staff member.
